Starting Over

Today, I need to start over. All the weight I've lost in the past has been regained, and I'm completely out of shape again. Ugh! So I will start again, working out when I have a minute or two, getting back into running and losing again. My goal right now is to lose 15 pounds by the end of the year, and 30-40 pounds by May. I'll keep you posted.
