One Step at a time, A Mile's Worth!

Yesterday, I set the treadmill back up and walked for 20 mins. Just a little more than 1 mile. Not really a lot, but I got started and felt good about it. I also cut back on much of the junk that I had been eating, so I'm making progress. I wanted to start off small so I wouldn't be hurting the next day, I'll push myself harder today. Also, I realize just how out of shape I am and am thinking I should have never let the last three years slip away. Getting back in shape will be even harder this time, but I'm determined. More later.

New Beginning again

Ok, it's a new year and I am starting over again. Yesterday morning weighed in at 260 on the bathroom scale, but I really don't expect to get a real start until tomorrow. Yesterday, celebrating the new year and today going to the Giants game, I'll make a real effort tomorrow. More then.
