Progress and Staying Motivated
I think I'm like many others who are trying to improve their health, loose weight and become stronger. While you know it's best to have a regular routine, life can get in the way and get you off track. Then, once you have missed one or two workout sessions, the motivation to get back into the habit quickly fades and the next thing you know, it's been a week or two and you are already seeing the progress you made previously, disappear. With the end of the school year, my daughters graduation and the changes that come with that, my personal schedule has gone out the window. Along with that, I've been struggling to maintain at 260, much less continuing on to my goal of 210. But now that things are getting back to some semblance of normal, I'll head back to the Y for the second time this week and see what progress I can make. I'll keep you posted.
