Reviewing Goals
Beginning another week and reviewing my goals. I'm consistently having to restart, like many people, I'm sure, but at least I haven't been losing much ground. i'm still hovering around the 260 lb. range and I did get to the Y twice last week and will shoot for 4 times this week. I'm now focusing on reaching under 240 by the first of the year. I'll be changing shifts at work on Jan. 1 and I am also going on a cruise in early January so I need to be in better shape by then. I'll do better at updating you here and I hope you will leave your comments on what you are doing as well.
