Ok, I have been lax for a while and have allowed myself to get very out of shape and overweight. So now I start again. My weight has ballooned to the highest it has ever been. My goal now is to loose 50 to 60 pounds over the next 9 months and be back in the 220 to 230 range. I have to start eating better and exercising more. I will keep you up to date with regular posts here and on LifeKraze. Welcome to the new My Fitness Journal and to 2013.
