I'm on the last couple days of a cruise and really getting tired of feeling self conscious because of my weight. So I've decided that it's time once again to get serious about getting into better shape. I'm cruising with a couple friends who have been in a class to help them make a lifestyle change and they have lost a significant amount of weight. My schedule would make it difficult to commit to a class, but I can commit to be accountable to this blog. I am making a choice to be committed to finding ways to lose weight, eat healthier and be stronger physically and mentally and I plan to share it all here.
